Meet Tiffany!

Tiffany Brodie is a licensed real estate broker bringing more than three decades of professional leadership and operational experience to the real estate industry. Her career spans executive leadership, strategic planning, financial stewardship, and organizational development - providing her with a uniquely comprehensive perspective on real estate transactions, development, and client advocacy.

In addition to real estate brokerage, Tiffany most recently served in executive leadership within the nonprofit sector, as Executive Director of Berthoud Habitat for Humanity. In that role, she oversaw organizational transformation, real estate development initiatives, land acquisition and due diligence, construction oversight, and the sale of completed homes, while also strengthening governance, compliance, and financial systems across the organization. These experiences further equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities, legal considerations, and financial dynamics involved in real estate.

She approaches every client relationship with a commitment to prayer, integrity, transparency, and thoughtful guidance, walking clients through each step of the process while advocating for their best interests.

Tiffany’s extensive professional background allows her to approach transactions with both strategic insight and practical attention to detail. She is known for taking a holistic, client-centered approach that emphasizes clear communication and trusted partnership.

Tiffany and her husband have a blended family of seven children and five grandchildren. They enjoy being active in their community, supporting philanthropic initiatives, and hosting family and friends. Tiffany’s life and professional work are grounded in her faith first and foremost along with values of unity, connection, authenticity, and integrity.
