Phil is a proud member of the Mission House Real Estate team, where he serves others with empathy, expertise, and a genuine desire to make every experience enjoyable.

Originally from the greater New York City area, Phil developed an appreciation for diverse cuisine, live music, and discovering new places and people. While living in New York, he held a real estate license and primarily served clients throughout Westchester and Putnam Counties.

Phil has called Northwest Arkansas home since 2008. Before returning to his passion for real estate, he built a successful career in the Walmart supplier community, working across several departments and developing lasting relationships with the people he served. His experience buying, holding, and selling a variety of properties gives him valuable insight into both homeownership and real estate investing. He is proud to live and work in Northwest Arkansas and energized by the continued growth that makes the region one of the country’s most desirable places to call home.
