Diane Higgins

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Diane and her family made Northwest Arkansas their home fifteen years ago—a move they've never regretted. Over the last decade, she and her husband, Dick, have established themselves as trusted real estate professionals in the area. They love the region's natural beauty, changing seasons, and the many opportunities NWA affords its residents. With three grown children and five grandchildren nearby, family is their greatest joy. 

Drawing on a background in ministry and leadership, Diane is most driven in real estate by the meaningful, long-lasting relationships she has formed. She views it as a genuine privilege to work alongside a team that guides families through buying and selling homes—places central to their lives and, frequently, their largest financial commitment.
