Proudly rooted in Northwest Arkansas since 1974, Brad and Renae have had the privilege of growing alongside the region they call home. Their deep knowledge of the area allows them to confidently guide clients through every step of their real estate journey.

Before entering real estate, Brad spent more than 25 years in banking, serving in roles ranging from customer service to cybersecurity. He later joined Rapha, a cycling apparel company, where he led a team of customer service analysts and remained focused on understanding and meeting customers’ needs. Brad transitioned into real estate because he wanted to serve people in a more intentional, relational, and personal way.

Renae thrives on organization, attention to detail, and encouraging others. For more than 10 years, she has helped manage real estate transactions and has found great purpose in guiding people through one of life’s most significant investments. She has also served in several ministry roles, where her natural gifts for supporting and uplifting others were always at the heart of her work.

Teamwork is one of Brad and Renae’s greatest strengths. Whether they are completing a 100-mile gravel race, mountain biking, tackling projects around their farm, or navigating everyday challenges, they approach life side by side. They bring that same partnership into their business, combining their individual strengths to create a balanced and thoughtful experience for every client.

When they aren’t serving clients, Brad and Renae enjoy spending time outdoors, discovering local coffee shops, and exploring everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer—from biking and hiking to entertainment, dining, and everyday adventures. Serving others is more than something they do; it is the heartbeat of who they are. They love the community they call home and are committed to bringing personal care, encouragement, laughter, and joy to every real estate experience.
