Brad worked in banking for over 25 years, holding multiple roles from customer service to cybersecurity. He then transitioned to Rapha, a cycling clothing company, where he led a team of customer service analysts, prioritizing customer needs. Brad moved into real estate to be more intentional about serving people in a more personable way.

Renae thrives on organization and detail. She has been handling real estate transactions for over 10 years and loves the opportunity to help others with one of their biggest investments. She has also held multiple positions in ministry, where she thrived in what she loves best, being a support and encourager to others.

Working as a team is our strong suit. We tackle challenges together, whether it’s completing 100-mile gravel races, mountain biking, building projects around the farm, or just everyday challenges that come our way. We bring this teamwork into our business, creating the perfect balance.

We enjoy everything outdoors, visiting coffee shops, and exploring all that NWA has to offer—from biking, hiking, entertainment, and dining to everyday fun. We find joy in serving others; it’s our heartbeat. We love the place we call home and are dedicated to bringing laughter and joy to each transaction we handle.
